Pietro Antonio Rotari was an 18th Century court docket painter in Italy, Austria and Russia.
He exemplified the kind of extremely profitable, itinerant artist of his time. He created many style portraits, together with photographs of fairly younger women smiling, frowning, dozing and casting coquettish glances.
